At approximately 10:37AM, the internet went down in the VISTA office. Millennials simply don't know how to handle being offline. It's like Armageddon. Caitlin began to shout loudly and I fell to the ground and began to weep.
This lasted for about an hour-and-a-half. While the kids were slowly dying, a fellow staff member was quickly trying...to fix the problem.

This lovely lady went to the store and purchased the necessary equipment to get us back online. I don't know what she got or how she did it (my mind was still trying to comprehend the entire situation), but she fixed the problem and restored our crushed spirits.
The kids are alright (hey, that would be a good movie title) thanks to Vanessa. We've calmed down and stopped hyperventilating. Whew. Let's hope that never happens aga.......
