Camp Healing Tree

Camp Healing Tree is a support group for children grieving the loss of a loved one.  This weekend marked the 21st year that CHT visited Jameson Camp.

Journalist Anne Ryder delivered a moving speech about her own tragedies and then helped the kids with the butterfly release.

You know I love our four-legged friends.  These service dogs were just a few of the many valuable resources that Camp Healing Tree provided for the kids.

The day ended with a balloon release for campers to remember their loved ones.
